The Type 26 frigate or City-class frigate is a class of warship being built for the Royal Australian Navy. BAE Systems has offered the Commonwealth of Australia the Type 26 Global Combat Ship, recognised today as the world’s leading design for an anti-submarine warship.
It will be a multi-mission warship designed to support anti-submarine warfare, air defense and general purpose operations.
